Room was extremely spacious with beautiful views over the gardens. Breakfast was tasty, well equipped and serviced. The staff were friendly and and attentive. The spa facilities were a little small but perfect for our use, as it wasn't busy when we used the facilities. The spa and gym staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband booked our adult daughter and I a three-night stay in the Quy Mill Hotel & Spa near Cambridge in early Aug-2023. Great pre arrival communication from Veronika & Rachel in the reception team, who even offered to book a table at their in-house restaurant for us which we took them up on, and they even changed the reservation time as we were arriving later than originally planned which was great. The easy check-in process led us to a beautiful room with very comfortable beds and pillows offering a great night's sleep. The spa and grounds are stunning and the facilities here are second to none. Unfortunately, I left some clothes in the wardrobe when we checked out and the hotel staff called me, I asked if they would arrange shipping back to our home to save the 7 hours round trip to collect them, which Veronika & the other girls in the reception team did without hesitation, showing that nothing is too much trouble for them. Top Tip: If you want breakfast in the morning, then booking the night before will cost £15:00 whereas if you turn up in the morning without pre booking it is £22:50.

Spa was great: excellent facilities and the pool are was clean and tidy. Bar staff were excellent and the bar area was an attractive place to sit in the evening. The grounds are well kept and the seating area outside the bar is also a pleasant place to sit.

The hotel has plenty of parking spaces. The room was compact but clean and comfortable with a charming view of the rabbits in the garden. We had lots of breakfast choices and the waiting staff for breakfast (especially the Scottish lady) were welcoming and chatty. The cooked breakfast was hot and we could order any changes without fuss. The new, young waiting staff in the evening were well trained, polite and attentive. The spa was a 'good to have' and we could see that the gym was well equipped and popular.

We had a sleepover for a night with our little grandchildren -they loved the swimming pool-and the gardens of the restaurant-there bed settee was very comfy for them to snuggle up with there teddies at night time.Stayed in a lovely room with a lovely little patio that we could sit in when little one had gone to sleep after a very busy day .

Lovely room, ambience and spar facilities - I have stayed here several times before and have always enjoyed my stay.

We had a break to catch up, and this place though of the beaten track is close enough to Cambridge but away enough to enjoy nature, The Food was lovely, Staff were friendly, They made a mistake with the room and so upgraded us at no cost. Breakfast was to die for, They swapped out Black pudding for extra Sausages etc, Nothing was to much trouble, We also had our dog with us, and she was welcomed in her own right and not an add on. Great all round experience and will do it again

Very friendly staff in an excellent location. The breakfast was superb, the pool in the spa excellent and there are lovely grounds to sit in for a meal or drink in the evening.

Bright, clean and welcoming property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities - warm, comfortable and clean. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom, tea and coffee facilities. Excellent meal for dinner - delicious, well-presented food. Good variety of options for breakfast.
